This package includes the drafting and execution of two (2) simple mirror wills (between spouses), two (2) Powers of Attorney for Property, and two (2) Powers of Attorney for Personal Care, as well as Affidavits of Execution – evidence that your Wills has been witnessed and executed properly.
Note: creation of a children’s trust for minor children inheriting property is an additional $200.00
