This package includes the drafting and execution of one (1) simple personal will, one (1) Power of Attorney for Personal Care, and one (1) Power of Attorney for Property, as well as Affidavits of Execution – evidence that your Will has been witnessed and executed properly.
Note: creation of a children’s trust for minor children inheriting property is an additional $100.00
